A Day in the Life of a Comfort Advisor Sales Representative
The Comfort Advisor Sales Representative will meet with current and potential customers to evaluate their homes and will identify the customer's need to accurately design a heating and air conditioning system for residential applications.  They will educate our customers on HVAC solutions and help them select the best options for their needs and budgets.  Our Comfort Advisor Sales Representative will provide pricing for multiple options, offer and qualify customers for financing options.  This position includes building strong bonds with customers and earning repeat business through excellent interpersonal skills.  In doing all this, our Comfort Advisor Sales Representative will meet and exceed budgeted sales goals through top performance and commitment.  In addition, they will generate sales leads through a wide variety of means.

What you Need to be Qualified for the Comfort Advisor Sales Representative Position
In order to be qualified for the Comfort Advisor Sales Representative positon, a minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a high-end sales environment is preferred.  The ideal candidate will possess the drive to continually exceed sales goals, work well independently, be a terrific presenter and communicator, have strong ethics and values, be highly motivated, work well in a team environment and be able to work regular weekend and after work hours.  The Comfort Advisor Sales Representative must have the ability to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and be highly organized with exceptional follow through abilities.
