A Day in the Life of an HVAC Service Technician
Our HVAC Service Technicians will diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by establishing customer rapport to sell the right products and services.  HVAC Service Technicians ask the right lifestyle questions to troubleshoot heating and cooling system malfunctions.  In addition, they'll educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.  HVAC Service Technicians explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.  They'll understand their sales criteria and hold themselves accountable for exceeding revenue goals and show themselves as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.  HVAC Service Technicians maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck and participate actively in all training and ongoing education.
 
What you Need to be Qualified for the HVAC Service Technician Position
In order to be qualified for the Lead Residential HVAC Service Technician position, a minimum of 2 years of experience and a D2 or S2 License is required.  We are looking for Technicians who consistently strive to do their best and win repeat business with their excellent customer service skills and knowledge in what they do.
